RAW MATERIAL

• Medical grade biocompatible Raw material is sourced from metal industry reputed international as well as domestic supplier.
• Raw material processed in our plant include but not limited to SS316L, SS316LVM, Titanium, PEEK.
• All incoming raw material passes through Stringent Lab. Analysis from NABL accredited Metallurgical laboratory for various parameter such as Physical properties, Mechanical strength, Chemical composition as per ASTM worldwide standard.
• Unique color coding system for Raw material identification.

MACHINING

Our machining capability include but not limited to

• VMC -5 AXIS
• Swiss head
• Gun drilling
• CNC Turning
• Wire cut EDM

STAGE- WISE QUALITY CHECK

At each stage, Thanks to our predefined Stringent quality check parameters which allow us to manage most critical aspect of manufacturing (Quality check) at ease.

SURFACE FINISH

To maintain Safety, Strength and longevity specific surfacing processes are implemented at Medifit like BUFFING, POLISHING,ULTRASONIC CLEANING,SANDBLASTING ELECTROPOLISHING (Not for Titanium alloy), ANODIZING, PASSIVATION

Our special Anodizing process improve implant finishing by

• Bio-alignment and the provision of dehydrogenase / increasing
• Reduction of Hydrogen Embrittlement / disposal.
• Frictionless surface and abrasion resistance.
• 20-30% improvement in surface finish even without special vibration or polishing methods.
• Increases resistance to metal fatigue by 15-20%.
• Prevents wear and loss due to friction on the surfaces of moving parts as well as increasing coating lubricity.

LASER MARKING

As our commitment for Efficient quality control & ease of traceability we have installed latest Laser marking technology to imprint product code, batch number and logo.

PACKING

We leave no stone unturned while packing of implants and instrument which ensures safety, efficacy, integrity of our products. Our AHU room Designed to ISO 14644-1:2015 norms, packing of implants done as per ISO 11607-2:2019 and labelling as per guidelines of EN 980 standard.
